Authorizing Us to Access Your CRA Account
Authorizing a representative with the Canada Revenue Agency helps streamline the tax preparation process and reduces back-and-forth requests.
How to authorize access:
- Log in to your CRA My Account
- Under “Manage Profile,” select “Authorize a Representative”
- Enter REP ID: B79P46B
- Access level: Level 2
- Expiry: No expiry
- Once authorized, we can securely retrieve most tax slips and account details directly from CRA

To ensure accuracy, we may need:
- Full legal names for you, your spouse, and dependents
- Social Insurance Numbers (SINs) for all family members
